NextStage is an AI-powered production platform that generates professional business deliverables through specialist AI agents. The Service includes document generation, workflow orchestration, and business context management.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable once used for generation. Unused credits on paid plans roll over for one billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
Content generated through the Service belongs to you. You grant NextStage a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating outputs. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringes on third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or fitness of generated content for any particular purpose. AI-generated content should be reviewed before professional use.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
